Committee Mission:

 The committee’s mission is:

·      To promote the principles of the OFEHA to residents, and act as a liaison with the Officers of the Village of Olympia Fields to facilitate homeowner’s access to information about the village and on-going OFEHA efforts.  We will welcome new Olympia Fields East Homeowners to the area and provide a network of community support while they are establishing themselves in the area.

Committee Responsibilities:

Facilitate the management of the OFEHA homeowner’s mailing list, and new homeowner packets.
Partner with the OFEHA Treasurer to maintain a current roster of dues payment for purposes of mailings, and record keeping.
Perform as a liaison with Village Hall to maintain updated list of new homeowners. 
Mail and maintain dues postcards.
Visit new homeowners (provide OFEHA packet and welcome gift)
Provide lists for membership drives and other activities
Provide OFEHA name badges for committee members for canvassing and other activities

Yearly membership in OFEHA is $50, payable to OFEHA; send to PO Box 152, Olympia Fields, IL 60461.
